Policies:

At i {heart} skin, I value your time as much as your business. Because I am a solo practitioner, I kindly ask that you respect my time and ability to conduct business and I will do the same for you. I observe the following policies with regard to:
 
Scheduling:

For your convenience you may book online 24 hours a day. You may also schedule your appointment by email, phone or text during business hours. Appointments may be booked up to three hours in advance of the appointment start time.

Rescheduling:

If something has come up and you need to move your appointment, please contact me at your earliest convenience and I will get you re-scheduled for a better time. However, if you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice and I am unable to fill the appointment time, you may be charged a late-reschedule fee of $15. 

Late Arrivals

It happens. If you are running late for your appointment, please contact me at your earliest convenience to let me know and I will make the appropriate accomodations. It may be possible to bump your start time, if my schedule allows and given the proper notice. However, if you arrive more than five minutes late without notice, for your appointment, your service may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients.

Cancellations

24-Hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. You will recieve text and/or email reminders prior to your visit. Should you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. Anything less than 24-hours notice, will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged a fee of $25. If you would like to keep you appointment but move it to another day, you can reschedule and pay only the late-reschedule fee, as noted above.

No Call/No Shows

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without contacting me to cancel, this is considered a No Call/No Show and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you have a pre-paid appointment or package, you will forfeit the corresponding visit. 

Payment

When booking online you will be asked to provide a credit card number to hold the appointment, however your card will not be charged unless you no call/no show for your appointment. Otherwise, you will pay at your appointment. I accept cash, all major credit cards, and Venmo. I apologize that I am unable to accept checks or Spa Finder gift cards. You may also use Paypal when purchasing product online.
